WHO WAS CAIN?

Do you like babies? .

Some people say babies all Look the same. Others try to find ways babies resemble their mom or dad.

The fact is that babies are amazing; they make their parents very happy and bring joy to the whole family.

After Adam and Eve were cast out of the Garden of Eden for disobeying God, they felt very sad. But a short while Later, their first son was born and they called him Cain, which means «acquire» or «produce.» Adam and Eve were very happy with the arrival of their first baby. lt was the first baby in this world!

Can you imagine? They had never seen a baby before! They surely thought it was something wonderful and very special.

Adam and Eve hoped that the baby would be the Savior that God had promised would overcome evil. Adam and Eve still didn’t know that a long time would go by before Jesus was born in Bethlehem as a baby. That is why, when their first son was born, they thought he would be the deliverer, but you and I know that it was Jesus.

Cain had more brothers and sisters, but we only know the names of two of them: Abel and Seth. Sadly enough, the Bible says Cain was not a very good .person. He got carried away doing evil and even killed his brother Abel. For that reason, he had to leave his family and go live very far away.
