In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God» (John 1:1).
God’s love is like the wind.
It whirls and twirls and runs actively to people like a toy; Something that is admired by young Christian boys.
They too spin in the love that God has shared.
They leap and bound, without knowing how.
The loving wind gave a large howl and prowled to the east.
It flowed past the leaves that seemed to wave at its passing.
The wind made a turn to the north, but people rose in scorn,
For those were not the Christian type.
But when they felt the power of God’s love,
Most of the people turned from their wicked ways.
But those who refused God’s love
Were swept away in a flash by a terrible spin.
The people knew what it was.
It was the storm of sin.
This funnel was dark and terribly frightening,
But still the people would not repent and back away from their sins.
His love could do nothing,
For He had given them a choice.
They’re gone now,
Gone from the light, swallowed in a sea of darkness.
But those who respected and trusted God’s loving wind will walk on glory. God’s glory.
