HOW MANY PROVERBS DID SOLOMON WRITE?

Underline the correct

a. Two thousand

b. Three thousand

c. Five thousand

Would you like to be wise?

Some people study a lot throughout their lives and seem to be wise. There are others, however, who haven’t studied as much and they’re much user.

Do you know why? The Bible says that being wise is obeying God, and many people look for wisdom in the wrong places and don’t seek God.

God is the only one who can provide wisdom. King Solomon knew that well, so lie wrote many proverbs that say so.

You can read them in the book of Proverbs in the Old Testament, before Ecclesiastes and after the book of Psalms.

Proverbs are good advice written in the form of poetry that will help you be wise.

In the book of Proverbs there’s advice for parents, children, women, youth, and all those who want to be successful in life.

The pieces of advice given in the book of Proverbs belong to several authors: Solomon, Agur Lemuel .. . and we don’t know who wrote some of them.

But Solomon compiled them all in one book.

Do you take God into account in all your decisions?

Do you let Him guide you from the moment you wake up to the time you go to sleep?

If you seek His advice when you have doubts and talk to Him as a friend, you‘ll make wise decisions.

Do you want to be wise? Read Proverbs 3, choose the proverb you like best, and write it down in your Prayer Journal.
